  1. Respect the Shared Space
  • The common space is open to all residents equally. Be mindful of others' comfort, space, and time.
  • Loud music, shouting, or any disruptive behavior is not permitted.
  • Personal arguments or confrontations are to be taken to private spaces or brought to staff attention.
  • No one may “claim” or reserve furniture for personal use.
  1. Cleanliness & Responsibility
  • Residents are expected to clean up after themselves immediately.
  • Dishes, food, wrappers, and personal items must not be left in the living room.
  • Furniture, walls, and floors must be kept in good condition. Any damage should be reported to staff.
  • Trash is to be disposed of properly. Take pride in a clean space—it reflects respect for others and yourself.
  1. Appropriate Use of Electronics
  • Televisions and other shared electronics are to be used respectfully and at appropriate volumes.
  • Staff has the right to restrict or turn off electronics if they are being misused or creating distraction or division.
  1. Fellowship & Faith

  • Devotions, recovery discussions, and group meetings may be held in this space.
  • Residents must be respectful during any group gathering or spiritual activity, even if they choose not to participate.
  1. Quiet Hours
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM unless otherwise posted by staff.
  • During quiet hours, no loud talking, media, or group activity is permitted in the living room.
  • Lights may be dimmed or turned off as needed to promote rest.
  1. Guests & Visitors
  • Visitors are not permitted in the common space unless approved by staff.
  • No outside guests are allowed without express permission.
  • All guest policies outlined in the Resident Handbook apply.

  • This is a communal space. How you treat it reflects on your commitment to growth, and community life.
